Which is Better for You, Walking or Running?

The answer is... it depends on what your goals are. Read more in this New York Times article by Gretchen Reynolds, Turtle or Hare? It Depends. The article lays out the results of a very large study - 37,000 plus people - and a 19 person study. Reynolds illuminates which health aspects are better served by running and which by walking.

I'm doing both, and you may decide to, too.

What is this doing on a psychotherapy blog? It's here because it's important information, and because exercise has also been positively linked to mental health.
